June saw the second round of customer satisfaction surveys for Matrix Biologicals which was conducted again by our business development team using randomly generated clients, all of which have used our services within the last six months. The survey was conducted again by our business development team as they are not connected with any individual area of the business and can easily represent an objective view and provide immediate feedback to clients if they raised any concerns during the survey.
The quality or service and frequency and method of communication were both rated as 9 out of 10 which is great news for Matrix as the team work hard to be responsive and deliver highly quality products in line with their ethical commitment to the 3Rs.
Referrals are still rating high when the survey was conducted with most clients willing to recommend us to others looking to source biological material.
